Choppa Rich was born in San Francisco California but was raised between San Francisco and Vallejo California. His sound is that of his own because of the unique melting pot of the Bay Area. He also has a lot of southern influence because of a short stint he spent down there as a child. Choppa Rich is a recording artist and also a producer who self-produces his own tracks. His delivery is spotted with heavy lyrical content having spent a lot of his late teenage years in the streets of Vallejo California.
Choppa Rich’s style was formed on the hard streets of Vallejo California where as a child he experienced homelessness and poverty. After barely graduating from high school he enlisted in the U.S Army where he served with distinction. Choppa Rich shot his first music video while serving in Iraq. After his first tour of service, they attended school to study business and music creation graduating in 2021. Cold Nights is Choppa Rich’s first commercial EP.
